Spirituality is connecting with someone or something bigger or greater than ourselves. Through spirituality everyone flourishes and lives life in all its fullness.

The Bible teaches us that we are rooted to God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – through prayer and the Bible.

Spirituality is not something we can see; it is something we feel inside ourselves and it is bigger than ourselves. It is about awe and wonder, asking questions, inspiration and imagination, and can be shared or be very personal.
